Registering your pets with us
If you have moved into the area or wish to switch from another vet, then registering with us is very simple. All you need to do is ring your local branch surgery, who will ask you some simple questions about you and your pet, or you can register on-line by selecting the link below.
Hopefully all the information you require is on our website, but if you have other questions, then please feel free to speak to our receptionists or ask to speak to one of our vets.
Please take time to read our Terms of Business at the bottom of the page. By registering with us and using our services, you are contractually agreeing to them.
We will ask your current vet to send us your pet's clinical records, but if there are any issues they you wish to bring to our attention that may or may not be in their history, they please do so when you register.
Having a new pet, especially for the first time, can be a little bewildering in terms of ‘when should my pet be looked at by a vet, when does it need to be vaccinated, what is the right pet food, how will I know if it is unwell etc?’ Please have a look at our Pet Care Guides, or again, come and have a chat with your vet. We are always here to help.
Veterinary costs can be expensive, especially if your pet needs surgery or needs to be hospitalised for a period of time. One of the easiest ways to overcome this cost is by having suitable pet insurance. There are many Insurance Companies on the market and we have leaflets available at our branches can provide you with. Also see our guide to Pet Insurance.
