Do I need to be registered to have an appointment?
Yes – it doesn’t cost anything to register.
What happens if my animal is sick late evening or at the weekend?
We’re open 24/7, ring the Hospital on 01296423666.
Can I have a repeat prescription if my pet hasn’t been seen in 6 months?
By law pets must be seen within 6 months for us to be able to provide medication / prescriptions.
Can I get flea and worming without being seen?

When should I get my puppy/kitten vaccinated?
From 6 weeks of age, ideally the second vaccination should be at 10 weeks.
Can I have an home euthanasia?
We do not provide an at home euthanasia service, we can direct you to Cloud 9 or The Kindest Goodbye.
What do I do if I see a stray animal?
Leave it alone unless it looks injured or distressed, in which case ring the Hospital on 01296 423666.
Can I go to any of the branches for appointments?
Yes, please always ring for an appointment.
How long does it take for test results to come back?
It depends on the test, please check at your appointment – some results may be available the same day, others may take a week to 10 working days.
